In the center of the project surrounded by 25 Loft units
are 8 conventional 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condos which are
the affordable component of the project. All units contain
a full stainless steel appliance package that includes a range
with oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. All units
also include stack washer/dryer. Each unit is fully air
conditioned with a state of the art heating and air conditioning
system. Units include either a balcony or small patio. Above
these units are two large sundecks with two stainless steel
outdoor barbecues for the use of the complex.
